Tulip bulbs for fall planting are shipping now! To meet wholesale minimums, I ordered more than I need to plant so I'm offering my extras.
Foxtrot is an early-flowering, double tulip that makes an ideal cut flower. Blooms are the lightest pink and white and should complement both white and yellow daffodils beautifully. This variety is usually 12-16" tall, so if growing for bouquets you'll want to pull the whole plant, then cut off the bulb. We do this with nearly all the tulips we grow to get adequate stem length.
These bulbs are not pre-chilled, so they'll need an extended cold period before blooming. Plant 4-6" deep and keep well-watered. Pull the entire plant out and cut the bulb off for the longest stem, and harvest before the flower is fully open for the longest vase life. It's been a few years since I grew this variety, so unfortunately I don't have quality pictures of just Foxtrot.
